Client is an AV-rated, premier public sector law firm in California, providing legal advice, guidance, and representation to cities, counties, law enforcement agencies, and more. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Rights Litigation Attorney with 10+years litigation experience (some in police litigation) and representing public entities. The attorney will be handling discovery and managing the case files. While the role can mostly be done remotely, some onsite work is required. Qualifications
First-chair trial experience on Section 1983 matters (minimum 5 trials)
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of California
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
