Position:
Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (5-15 Years) About the Role The firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to handle complex business disputes across a variety of industries. Attorneys will have significant responsibility managing matters from inception through resolution while working closely with clients and firm leadership. Responsibilities Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs Conduct depositions, discovery, and case strategy development Represent clients in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings Provide practical legal guidance to business clients Collaborate with partners and clients on complex litigation strategy Qualifications 5-15 years of commercial litigation experience Strong background in: Business litigation Contract disputes Commercial disputes Complex civil litigation Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage active litigation matters Texas Bar admission required Compensation & Benefits Bonus eligibility beginning at 1,600 billable hours Expected annual billables approximately 1,800 hours Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid schedule (1 remote day per week) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Sophisticated commercial litigation practice Strong client exposure and responsibility Established Houston litigation platform Long-term growth potential Hybrid flexibility Interested?
