What You Will Do As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will handle a broad range of matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations. You will collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality legal counsel. What We Are Looking For We are seeking an attorney who is licensed in Maine and/or New Hampshire (or eligible to waive in), with 2-7 years of commercial litigation experience and a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage cases and deadlines independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. A judicial clerkship is a plus but not required.
