Job Description:
Commercial Litigation Attorney Hybrid Schedule | Centennial, Colorado | Direct Hire Our client, a rapidly growing law firm, is adding a Commercial Litigation Attorney to support its expanding commercial disputes practice. This is a direct-hire role offering competitive compensation, meaningful bonuses, and long-term advancement opportunities.   • 165,000 Performance-based bonus opportunity Firm pays for CLEs Strong benefits package Opportunity to grow with a thriving and expanding firm Responsibilities Handle commercial and contract litigation matters Manage cases through all phases of litigation Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions Conduct discovery, depositions, and mediations Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Active Colorado Bar admission, in good standing At least 4 years of commercial litigation experience Experience handling complex business disputes Strong client-service and communication skills Please be prepared to submit your updated resume, writing sample, law school transcripts, and professional references.
