Job Description
Hone Law is seeking a seasoned complex litigation attorney for a specialized brief writing role. We handle sophisticated commercial disputes at a level that competes directly with top national firms. Our brief writers are technical storytellers — concise, analytically precise, and focused on persuasive narrative. This role is for an attorney who brings deep litigation instincts to the page. You will shape legal architecture, develop dispositive strategy, and translate case theory into high-level written advocacy. You will not be required to manage client relationships, negotiate with opposing counsel, or appear in court (unless you wish to do so).

- 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and case analysis
