Job Description
Shulman Rogers' Real Estate Department seeks a Commercial Real Estate attorney. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as an attorney with substantial commercial office and retail leasing experience, including both landlord-side and tenant-side representation. Additional transactional commercial real estate experience is recommended but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate and draft commercial office and retail leases and related documents. Negotiate and draft transactional commercial real estate documents. Review and summarize due dligence materials. Conduct closings and complete pot-closing documents and administration.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 6+ years experience as an attorney with commercial and transactional real estate experience. MD Bar license required, DC and/or VA a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
