Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A mid-sized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its complex litigation practice. This role is based in Tampa but offers full remote flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

Handling core aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice Drafting briefs and other substantive filings Supporting case strategy and client communications Assisting with trial preparation

Qualifications:

Active Florida bar admission (or ability to waive in) Experience with complex commercial or civil litigation Strong writing and analytical skills Ability to manage work independently in a remote setting The firm offers a collaborative, flexible environment with a focus on high-quality work and professional development.
