Job Description

Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C. is seeking an experienced Colorado attorney to provide contract-based legal support during periods of increased demand. This position offers flexible, project-based work with a well-established Boulder law firm serving clients throughout Colorado. The ideal candidate is an experienced attorney who works well independently, feels confident taking a lead role on a variety of matters, and is comfortable with client management. Practice Areas The successful candidate will provide support in one or more of the following areas: Civil litigation; Real estate disputes; Landlord-tenant matters; Property management issues; Contract disputes; and General business litigation. Responsibilities Depending on experience and firm needs, assignments may include: Legal research and analysis; Drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings; Discovery management and responses; Trial preparation; Court appearances; Client communications; Case strategy support; and Real estate transaction and dispute analysis. Qualifications Active Colorado law license in good standing Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience Strong understanding of Colorado real estate law Excellent legal writing and analytical skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience managing matters from inception through resolution Work Structure Independent contractor position Flexible and project-based workload Remote work, with occasional in-person meetings or court appearances as needed Work volume may vary based on firm needs and attorney availability Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, expertise, and the nature of assignments accepted.
