Litigation & eDiscovery Analyst Washington, District Of Columbia | United States Contract To Hire Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a Litigation & eDiscovery Services Analyst to support attorneys and litigation teams throughout the full eDiscovery lifecycle. This role will focus on litigation database administration, Relativity review environments, document review and production support, quality control, and technical guidance across complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate has strong law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience, thrives in a client-facing environment, and enjoys partnering with legal teams on sophisticated matters. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring a hybrid schedule of three days per week in either the Washington, D.C. or New York City office. Overview
Support attorneys and litigation teams throughout all phases of litigation support and electronic discovery
Administer litigation technology platforms and litigation review databases
Partner with legal teams to manage document review, production, and litigation workflows
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors Responsibilities
Support litigation matters from case initiation through trial
Design and maintain litigation review databases for active matters
Build and modify workspaces using Relativity, RelOne, CSDisco, Concordance, LAW Pre-Discovery, and similar applications
Provide technical support related to litigation technology and eDiscovery
Partner with attorneys on document indexing, keyword searching, and review workflows
Assist with project planning, review protocols, testing, sampling, and document productions
Perform quality control on productions, privilege designations, confidentiality markings, and redactions
Remain current on litigation support technology and industry best practices
Assist with management of litigation support vendors
Train legal teams on litigation support systems and effective search techniques
Maintain complete documentation throughout the lifecycle of litigation data
Develop workflow documentation and user training resources
Maintain LEDS workflow tracking tools and related documentation
Troubleshoot litigation technology, system, and process issues
Follow firm policies related to litigation data management and eDiscovery
Support firmwide client data classification standards
Provide backup support to Litigation & eDiscovery Services team members across offices
Accurately record billable and non-billable time
Review time entries prior to monthly closing
Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications
Some years of litigation support or eDiscovery experience
Hands-on experience administering Relativity or similar review platforms
Experience supporting the full EDRM lifecycle
Knowledge of litigation databases, review platforms, and electronic discovery workflows
Strong understanding of relational databases and litigation technology
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Available to travel and work overtime as needed Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
SQL and ODBC experience
Prior law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience
Relativity Certified Administrator certification #
