EXPERIENCED CORPORATE ASSOCIATE WANTED FOR LIFESTYLE FIRM - HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE
(Atlanta, GA) - Our client, a highly regarded Atlanta-based boutique law firm, is seeking a senior-level Corporate Associate with 5+ years of sophisticated transactional experience to join its growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to move away from the traditional large law firm model while continuing to handle high-level corporate work for an established and niche client base. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading and supporting middle-market mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, conducting due diligence, managing closings, and advising clients through the full transaction lifecycle. Experience with general corporate governance, commercial contracts, entity formation/restructuring, and strategic business counseling is also preferred. Additional bar licensure outside of Georgia is strongly valued given the firm's multi-jurisdictional client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking meaningful client interaction, substantive responsibility, and a more balanced and entrepreneurial practice environment. Associates at the firm work closely with business owners, investors, and executives across a variety of industries and are afforded substantial autonomy and direct client contact from day one. The firm offers a collegial culture, lower billable hour expectations than traditional law firms, and a flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement designed to support long-term sustainability and professional growth. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.
