About us We are a small firm that is extremely client focused. Our founding attorney firmly believes in holistic representation, meaning we help our clients with all of their needs including mental health and substance abuse. We handle a wide range of cases from theft to homicide, however, the vast majority are very serious cases.

Growth opportunities Flexible working hours (outside of court appearances) Relaxed atmosphere Job Summary We are seeking an Attorney with at least one year of relevant experience to join our growing criminal defense firm. We are dedicated to providing vigorous, yet holistic representation of our clients. The ideal attorney will have both a passion for fierce advocacy and empathy and compassion for our clients. Candidates must have courtroom experience and a strong desire to practice California criminal law. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. While some work can be done remotely, in person court appearances are required on a daily basis. Generous bonuses are paid on top of the base salary based on work performance. Duties
  • Make in person court appearances on behalf of clients
  • Conduct legal research to support clients and cases
  • Draft legal documents including motions
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and support staff
  • Effectively manage a calendar Qualifications
  • Valid California Drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Must have prior criminal experience.

$120,000.00
