Duties:

The incoming Mid-Level Litigation Associate will function as a pivotal advisor to the firm's global clients, providing lead support on civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels. This is a highly technical role demanding mastery of the procedural and substantive nuances of the

• Delaware Court of Chancery

Core responsibilities include:

⨖ Advocating in High-Stakes Litigation by managing commercial, corporate, and securities disputes, including the defense of class and derivative actions. ⨖ Representing Special Committees in internal investigations and advising on the fiduciary duties of directors and officers. ⨖ Navigating Securities Fraud Claims and federal/state regulatory inquiries on behalf of financial institutions and public companies. ⨖ Managing Bankruptcy Litigation and complex statutory appraisal actions, ensuring technical precision in corporate valuations. ⨖ Engaging in Pro Bono Advocacy by leveraging legal expertise to support community needs and diverse social causes, with full billable credit provided for these efforts. §

Qualifications:

⨖ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier, ABA-accredited law school with a record of

• distinguished academic achievement
• . ⨖ Active Bar Membership in the state of Delaware in good standing. ⨖ Three (3) to Five (5) years of substantive, direct experience in corporate and commercial litigation at a
• major international law firm
