Job Description
GEICO is seeking a Director of Associate Experience & Development to lead enterprise-wide programs aimed at enhancing the experience and development of attorneys and litigation professionals. This role requires a Juris Doctor and substantial litigation experience to oversee legal training and development across the organization. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to design strategic learning initiatives. The position is remote, preferably based in Maryland, and offers a competitive salary between $179,375.00 - $280,850.00.
