Divorce, Marital & Family Law Attorney Jobs | Fort Myers, FL or Naples, FL Henderson Franklin is seeking a full-time Divorce, Marital & Family Law attorney. Candidates will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of family law matters including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop legal strategies, and represent their interests in court. Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and representation in family law cases. Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and agreements. Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to ensure effective representation. Manage case files and maintain accurate and organized records. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of family law experience and a strong working knowledge of Florida family law statutes, rules, and procedures. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Applicants must be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
