Full-time Collins & Kruse Law Office is seeking an experienced Elder Law Attorney to join our growing team in Delaware, Ohio.
We are a veteran-owned elder law and estate planning firm dedicated to helping families protect their assets, navigate long-term care challenges, secure Medicaid and Veterans' benefits, and create peace of mind through proactive planning. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants to build and grow a thriving practice with the support of an established and respected firm.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, probate avoidance, and Veterans' benefits Conducting client consultations and developing customized legal strategies Building and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare professionals, financial advisors, senior living communities, and other community partners Representing the firm through educational workshops, networking events, and public presentations Contributing to the continued growth and visibility of the firm throughout Central Ohio What we're looking for: Licensed Ohio attorney (additional state licenses are a plus) Experience in elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, or asset protection Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and business development focus Passion for serving seniors, veterans, and their families with compassion and professionalism Compensation structure includes significant performance-based earning potential tied to client origination and practice growth, making this an ideal role for an attorney motivated to develop and expand their own book of business. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and active license to practice law. Proven experience in estate planning and elder law is preferred.
