Now Hiring:
Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour) Multiple Locations across California (Hybrid) Full-Time | Permanent (FTE)
Salary:
$250K - $300K annually + Comprehensive Benefits We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour) to join a high-performing employment litigation team handling sophisticated wage and hour matters across California. This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys with strong litigation experience who are looking to work on complex, high-exposure wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage wage and hour litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filings Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice Prepare and argue key motions, including class certification and decertification Develop litigation strategy for representative actions Analyze compliance issues involving: Exemption classifications Regular rate calculations Meal and rest period compliance Pay statement claims
Qualifications:
Significant experience litigating California wage & hour matters Strong working knowledge of: Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) Experience managing complex litigation matters independently Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
