Employment & Labor Of Counsel - Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote) A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Of Counsel to join its Los Angeles office. This is a strong opportunity for a senior attorney looking to take ownership of a sophisticated caseload while working within a collaborative, well-resourced litigation team. The role offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work arrangements . Responsibilities Independently manage employment and labor litigation matters from start to finish Handle a range of cases including wage & hour class actions and PAGA representative actions Represent clients in discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters Conduct court appearances, depositions, and case strategy development Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 7+ years of litigation experience Strong experience in wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters preferred Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws Strong writing, advocacy, and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution Trial experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Discretionary bonus potential 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Flexible hybrid/remote work arrangement Comprehensive professional support and resources To learn more about this opportunity or other openings, please contact: Carolina Ries at carolina.ries@gogpac.com or call/text 605-679-4241 .
