We are a "Your Lawyer for Life" firm; we serve families through life's most critical legal moments and we run on a Three-Way Win standard: great outcomes for clients, real growth for our people, and a stronger firm. Why this seat is different Leads come to you. A dedicated sales and intake team feeds qualified consults through Lawmatics; you focus on counseling and closing, not prospecting. Modern stack, less friction. We draft in WealthCounsel/Wealth Docx, run the matter lifecycle in Clio, and use Claude Cowork plus a custom AI toolkit to handle research, drafting, and admin so your time goes to the work that matters. Litigation and administration pipeline, not chaos. Steady probate and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, will and trust challenges, plus a healthy volume of informal and formal probates moving through the firm, with paralegal and admin support. What you'll do Counsel individuals and families on wills, RLTs, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and tax-aware planning. Handle informal and formal probates from petition through final account under the MUPC, including voluntary administration, late-and-limited filings, license to sell real estate, and ancillary proceedings. Represent personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust matters. Draft pleadings, take discovery, and appear in the Probate and Family Court. Collaborate with our family law, real estate, and business teams so clients get the full firm, not a silo. Who we're looking for MA bar admission. At least Three Years Hands-on experience opening and administering informal and formal probates, preparing and filing inventories and accounts, and obtaining license to sell real estate is required. At least Three years of Estate planning drafting experience needed as well. Sharp analytically, steady under conflict, and genuinely empathetic with clients in hard moments. Comfortable using technology as leverage, not as an obstacle. What you'll get Competitive base, performance bonus, health, 401(k), CLE budget, and a clear runway as we open additional MA offices. A leadership team that runs on EOS, communicates openly, and reinvests in people. Send a resume and a short note about the work you most want to be doing to
