We draft in WealthCounsel/Wealth Docx, run the matter lifecycle in Clio, and use Claude Cowork plus a custom AI toolkit to handle research, drafting, and admin so your time goes to the work that matters. Litigation and administration pipeline, not chaos. Steady probate and trust contests, fiduciary disputes, will and trust challenges, plus a healthy volume of informal and formal probates moving through the firm, with paralegal and admin support. What you'll do Counsel individuals and families on wills, RLTs, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and tax-aware planning. Handle informal and formal probates from petition through final account under the MUPC, including voluntary administration, late-and-limited filings, license to sell real estate, and ancillary proceedings. Represent personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust matters. Draft pleadings, take discovery, and appear in the Probate and Family Court. Collaborate with our family law, real estate, and business teams so clients get the full firm, not a silo. Who we're looking for MA bar admission. At least Three Years Hands-on experience opening and administering informal and formal probates, preparing and filing inventories and accounts, and obtaining license to sell real estate is required. At least Three years of Estate planning drafting experience needed as well. Sharp analytically, steady under conflict, and genuinely empathetic with clients in hard moments.
