• One attorney with 3+ years of experience
• One attorney with 5-10 years of experience

Position Overview:

You will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including:

• Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Assisting with trust administration and estate settlement matters
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategies
• Coordinating with the firm's corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of estate planning experience (role will be tailored based upon seniority)
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficiently
• Excellent communication and client service skills Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning software
• Exposure to advanced planning techniques (e.

g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies)
