Estate Planning Attorney

Position Overview:

This position offers substantial client interaction, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to develop autonomy quickly within a collaborative environment. The attorney in this role will work closely with experienced attorneys and staff while learning and implementing the firm's established estate planning systems and workflows. The level of autonomy in this role will vary based on experience. Attorneys with prior estate planning experience may assume independent responsibility quickly, while newer attorneys can expect significant growth as they develop their skills and familiarity with the firm's systems and workflows. Mentorship and guidance remain available for more advanced planning and drafting matters. Qualifications & Skills Licensed to practice law in MN Prior estate planning experience is welcomed but not required. We are open to candidates ranging from newer attorneys to experienced practitioners who align with our culture and values. Compensation & Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation, typically ranging from $95,000 to $145,000+ depending on experience, production, and long-term growth within the firm. Our firm utilizes production-based goals and compensation measurements rather than traditional billable hour requirements.
