Job Description

Looking for a collaborative law firm where you can develop autonomy quickly, work directly with clients, and be part of a highly accountable team? Revermann Lund Ross is a growing transactional law firm serving Central MN with offices in Waite Park and Melrose. Our practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, business, real estate, and employment law. Our firm's mission is to educate clients and community partners in a relatable manner with confidence and humility so no one feels less than. We are committed to providing high-quality legal services in a way that feels approachable, practical, and down to earth. We are seeking an Estate Planning Associate to join our team.
Position Overview:
This position offers substantial client interaction, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to develop autonomy quickly within a collaborative environment. The attorney in this role will work closely with experienced attorneys and staff while learning and implementing the firm's established estate planning systems and workflows. The level of autonomy in this role will vary based on experience. Attorneys with prior estate planning experience may assume independent responsibility quickly, while newer attorneys can expect significant growth as they develop their skills and familiarity with the firm's systems and workflows. Mentorship and guidance remain available for more advanced planning and drafting matters. Qualifications & Skills Licensed to practice law in MN Prior estate planning experience is welcomed but not required. We are open to candidates ranging from newer attorneys to experienced practitioners who align with our culture and values. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Willingness to learn and work within established systems and workflows Strong technological proficiency Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build strong legal skills first and gradually develop community relationships and referral connections over time.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation, typically ranging from $95,000 to $145,000+ depending on experience, production, and long-term growth within the firm. Our firm utilizes production-based goals and compensation measurements rather than traditional billable hour requirements.
