Estate Planning Attorney (OOJ - 45792) 120000-150000 / US Dollars / Annual Salary NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: May/22/2026 Job Description Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Advise clients on complex estate, tax, and wealth transfer strategies. Implement asset protection structures, including LLCs and specialized trusts. Develop charitable giving strategies and advanced trust structures. Present at seminars, webinars, and educational events to build client relationships. Collaborate with clients' advisors and internal teams to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Significant experience in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies. Strong drafting experience with complex estate and financial documents. Experience with client relationship management and advisory work. Elder law, trust administration, or tax planning experience is a plus.
