Full-Time, Growth Position The Opportunity Are you an experienced litigator looking to elevate your career in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains? We are seeking a seasoned NC-licensed Civil Litigation Attorney to join our expanding practice in Asheville. This is a high-impact growth role designed for a skilled advocate who thrives in the courtroom and values professional flexibility. What You Will Do As a key member of our Asheville team, you will manage a diverse caseload focused on defense litigation.

You will be responsible for:

Defending complex civil litigation claims from inception through resolution. Leading cases through trials and arbitrations with a demonstrated track record of success. Collaborating with a dedicated team of legal professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications Licensure:

Active license to practice law in North Carolina (required).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related civil litigation experience.

Billable Hour Requirements:

1850+

Defense Expertise:

Proven experience defending claims, with a preference for candidates familiar with:

Construction Litigation & Commercial Litigation Trucking and Transportation Products Liability & Professional Liability Motor Vehicle Negligence & Premises Liability Trial Ready:

Strong, demonstrated experience handling cases through trial and/or arbitration.

Location:
