We are not your father's estate planning practice. We've built a reputation for providing legal services with "Grace", competence, integrity, and modern technology. Clients know our hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, and we work from home on Fridays. Our office is now located in Hall Park, Frisco, Texas, complete with scenic walking trails, a nearby park, gym facilities, and fine dining within walking distance.

We have deep roots in the local estate planning and probate community. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the services we offer our current network and the additional services they need.
Sophisticated Practice:
This role goes beyond basic wills. You will lead complex tax strategies, business succession planning, and asset protection for high-net-worth families. You will also have the backing and support of a team of attorneys with extensive probate and guardianship litigation experience.
The Rewards Competitive Base:
$150,000 - $175,000+ (plus performance-based incentives for your book of business).

Compensation:
$150,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Lead Strategic Advising:
Counsel HNW clients on sophisticated wealth transfer, charitable giving, and asset-protection strategies.
Architect Complex Plans:
Draft and oversee the implementation of complex irrevocable trusts, gift planning, and tax-efficient structures.
Drive Firm Growth:
Collaborate directly with the firm's partners on business development initiatives and operational strategy.
Mentor & Manage:
Oversee trust and estate administration while fostering a supportive environment for our collaborative team. Exercise Emotional Intelligence (EQ): With data commoditized, your ability to manage client anxiety, read a room, and negotiate questions from savvy clients who can program Claude AI to read your trust is your actual superpower.
Qualifications:
The Ideal Profile Experience:
8+ years in estate planning, tax, and/or business planning, with a deep comfort in complex irrevocable trust work. You have board certification or meet the criteria for board certification in Estate Planning and Probate Law due to your extensive experience.
Credentials:
J.D. and active Texas Law License (additional jurisdictions are a plus). The "Book": You bring a partial book of business or an established referral network and are ready to scale it with better support.
