The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience including auto, premises liability, construction, product liability and/or insurance coverage. Insurance defense experience is a plus. • JD from an accredited Law School
• Admitted to practice in PA; admission to OH and/or WV bars a plus
• At least 8 years of experience, handling cases from inception to jury verdict, in civil litigation and insurance defense preferred.
