Experienced Wage & Hour Attorney National Class & Collective Action Practice Kingston, NY Getman, Sweeney & Dunn seeks an attorney with 6+ years of wage-and-hour experience leading class and collective action litigation in both state and federal courts. With more than 25 years of advocating exclusively for workers nationwide, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic attorney to join us in continuing to force positive change for workers across industries through high-impact cases.
