We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney licensed in the state of Utah with a minimum of three (3) years of experience. This role is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing a caseload independently, values professional autonomy, and is committed to delivering high-quality legal representation. Our firm offers a professional yet flexible work environment that emphasizes trust, accountability, and autonomy. Attorneys are given the independence to manage their own caseloads without micromanagement, while still being supported by a collaborative team when needed. We value self-sufficiency, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to client advocacy. Practice Areas and Responsibilities:

Handle a range of family law matters, including but not limited to: Protective orders Divorce proceedings Modifications Custody disputes Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and efficiency Represent clients in court, including hearings, mediations, and trials Maintain and manage a moderate caseload effectively Conduct client consultations and evaluate potential new cases Meet established billable hour requirements

Qualifications:
