We adopt a practical and straightforward approach to representing clients in divorces, custody cases, and other family law matters. We offer flat fee rates for uncontested cases and fixed, monthly rates for contested proceedings to remove the uncertainty in legal costs. Our goal is to guide clients through these challenges smoothly and efficiently. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney. While our main practice location has been Cleveland, we have been seeing a growing number of Summit county clients and would like to add a local presence there. The Attorney will handle a variety of family law cases including divorces, custody disputes, and other related legal matters from retention to discharge. The attorney will also work collaboratively with colleagues to develop legal strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Qualifications Experience in Family Law Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active law license in
