$100,000 - $120,000 About the Firm We are a growing family law firm handling divorce, paternity, child support, modifications, enforcement, injunctions, and adoptions. Our practice is fast-paced and client-focused, but we are equally intentional about maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment. Position Overview We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two (2) years of family law experience who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and regularly appearing in court. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, and thrives in a busy practice while still valuing balance and teamwork. Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Develop case strategy and move matters forward efficiently Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of family law experience Trial experience required Member in good standing with The Florida Bar Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills What Sets This Role Apart Dedicated paralegal support for each attorney A professional, team-first environment that values respect and collaboration Clear expectations for performance without a toxic or high-conflict workplace Flexibility to work from home after onboarding and demonstrated proficiency Meaningful work helping clients through significant life transitions
