Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in the Naples office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle a diverse and rewarding family law caseload in a collaborative, supportive environment while enjoying the benefits of a well-established regional firm.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce (contested and uncontested), child custody and time-sharing, child support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution of assets, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications, paternity, adoptions, and domestic violence injunctions.

Conduct client consultations, case evaluations, and strategy development.

Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and agreements.

Participate in negotiations, mediations, collaborative processes, and court proceedings (hearings and trials).Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and exceptional service.

QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience practicing family law (divorce, custody, support, etc.).Strong litigation, negotiation, and mediation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Commitment to high ethical standards and client-centered service.
