Experienced Family Law Attorney - Hofheimer Family Law Firm - Hampton Roads, Virginia A well-respected boutique family law practice representing women only is seeking an experienced family law attorney to join our collaborative team. For over three decades, we've built our reputation on providing compassionate, strategic counsel to clients navigating complex family transitions. We are offering a turnkey opportunity that includes a dedicated support team as well as a full caseload. Signing bonus available for well qualified candidates.

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of Virginia family law practice experience required Active Virginia State Bar membership in good standing Proven track record handling complex property division, custody disputes, and support matters Experience with high-asset divorces and interstate custody issues preferred Familiarity with Virginia equitable distribution laws and custody statutes Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment Commitment to client-centered representation with empathy and professionalism
