Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and judgments Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Negotiate settlements while safeguarding client interests Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines Provide clear, strategic legal guidance throughout all stages of representation Remain current with Michigan family law statutes and procedures Qualifications Active Michigan Bar license in good standing (required) Minimum of one (1) year of family law experience as a practicing attorney Demonstrated knowledge of: Divorce Child custody and parenting time Child support Related domestic relations matters Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Effective negotiation and courtroom advocacy abilities Ability to manage multiple cases independently with strong organizational skills If you are a Michigan-licensed Family Law Attorney looking for more than just another caseload—if you want growth, mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful opportunity —we encourage you to apply.
