3+ years required (family law + trial experience) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Family Law Attorney licensed in Colorado to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role designed for an attorney who values autonomy, high performance, and meaningful client impact while working within a modern, tech-enabled law firm. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person court appearances and team meetings in Colorado. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, trial-ready, and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes while maintaining high billing performance. You will also supervise and collaborate closely with a dedicated paralegal who will support your case load. Key Responsibilities Manage a full family law caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation and trial work when necessary Represent clients in Colorado family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and post-decree issues Handle court appearances, hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations Maintain strong client communication and provide clear, empathetic legal guidance Meet or exceed billing expectations while maintaining high-quality legal work Supervise and delegate work to a dedicated paralegal assigned to your cases Collaborate with internal team members using firm systems and technology Maintain accurate time entries, case documentation, and compliance with firm processes
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
Starting at $120,000 to $160,000, could be higher depending on experience. Total compensation potential with performance bonus could reach $180,000+
Bonus Structure:
Attorneys who exceed 100-110 billed/collected hours (threshold depends on base salary) are eligible for 33%-50% of additional collected amounts
