If you love family law and take pride in helping clients through some of the hardest moments of their lives, we'd like to meet you. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule — the split between in-office and remote work is flexible and open to discussion. Pay is $30-$40 per hour depending on experience, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and benefits. What we're looking for: At least one year of experience as a family law paralegal Sharp proofreading skills and confidence preparing California Judicial Council family law forms Solid working knowledge of discovery — both propounding and responding Comfort with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat Honesty, compassion, and empathy — the qualities that make clients feel heard and supported Because we're a small firm, you'll work directly with the attorney, see cases from intake through judgment, and have a real hand in outcomes — not just a slice of the paperwork.
