Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
DOE Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in family law to be considered for this position. Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as petitions, orders, and discovery is required. Creativity, organization, and efficiency are crucial for handling the complexities of family law cases. Attention to detail is a must to avoid costly mistakes for clients. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines is essential. Demonstrating empathy and providing support to clients experiencing high levels of stress is important. Familiarity with practice management and drafting software is necessary. Maintaining accurate time records and being tech-savvy are key aspects of this role. The candidate should be self-sufficient and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Continuous learning and a growth mindset are valued qualities in our team members.
Qualifications:
You MUST have prior family law experience. You MUST live close to the office or be willing to relocate (hybrid work options may be available for the right candidate after a probationary period).
