Work-from-home Growth opportunities Flexible working hours We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both negotiation and litigation in family law cases.

Duties

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Conducting legal research
• Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
• Organizing and summarizing records and other evidence including exhibits. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience as a family law paralegal
• Knowledge of family law procedures and rules of civil procedure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits
