The Law Office of Andrew Bryant, a respected Colorado Springs firm specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law , is seeking an experienced, motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
Answer phone calls and schedule client appointments. Create and maintain organized client files. Draft and file motions with the Court. Meet with clients and assist them throughout their cases. Organize financial documents and prepare Sworn Financial Statements. Prepare trial folders, exhibits, and materials for hearings and trials. Handle confidential information professionally and ethically. Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure clients receive top-notch representation.
What We're Looking For:
Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of legal experience . Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent investigative, organizational, and administrative skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information. Courteous, compassionate, and client-focused attitude. A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly:
$23.50 - $30.00 , depending on experience Medical insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with matching Performance bonuses for meeting billable hour goals
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week Hybrid flexibility with occasional remote work
