We are looking for a talented, personable, and motivated attorney to handle initial consultations, follow-ups, attend virtual meetings via Zoom, and occasionally assist the other attorneys with their case load. This is an ideal position for an attorney who enjoys client interaction and prefers a low-stress, remote-friendly legal role without litigation, court appearances, long hours, or billable hour requirements.

What You'll Do:

Conduct consultations via telephone or Zoom with potential bankruptcy clients. Educate potential clients on their Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 options and guide them toward the best solution. Convert consultations into retained clients by explaining our firm's value and assisting with the sign-up process. Maintain detailed notes in our CRM software for follow-ups and future reference. Attend 341 Meetings (Zoom-based) with clients. Respond to potential and existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.

What We're Looking For:

Must be a licensed Florida attorney. Experience in consumer bankruptcy (Ch. 7 & Ch. 13) preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication & sales skills. This is a client-facing role that requires persuasive and empathetic consultation skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. Ability to work consistently and reliably during the set 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, including being punctual and prepared for all appointments. Familiarity with CRM/case management software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:
