The law firm has been open since 2009 with a focus on creditor default and real estate closings. We have expanded our practice into Georgia in 2023 and are growing in that state. Law firm has an immediate opening for a self-motivated real estate attorney to manage our Georgia law practice. . Candidate must possess a Georgia Bar License and have 3-5 years Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience. Candidate will be responsible for working non judicial foreclosures. Plus if candidate has GA Creditor Bankruptcy experience and/or real estate closing experience and eviction experience. Additional plus if candidate also licensed to practice law in FL.
