Fractional General Counsel / Litigation Support Provider Brand Ambassador

Overview We're seeking a dynamic individual for a unique Fractional General Legal Counsel role that will function as a brand ambassador/sales evangelist at IST Management, a privately-owned end-to-end litigation support services provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of other legal professionals, including other corporate GC's and mid/large size firm partners. You will be compensated at your hourly rate to advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with your contacts, organize events, and help us to bring in new revenue partnerships. Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

Advocate for IST Management, working alongside the C suite and executive sales team to network with your contacts, organize events, and help us to bring in new revenue partnerships Coordinate with team to plan/execute outings, dinners, entertainment functions, etc. Support growth initiatives such as acquisitions, financing, and partnerships Advise owners and executives on legal issues affecting the business Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements; contract management; ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations Qualifications Must have authorization to work for any employer in the United States IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
