JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Jersey Admission in New York is a plus 2+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation (general liability or personal injury defense, product liability defense or construction defense) Some experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery, and depositions preferred The Position My client is seeking a general liability associate attorney to join a team of exceptional professionals in a collaborative environment and represent sophisticated clients with complex legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Jersey Admission in New York a plus 2+ years of experience with insurance defense litigation (general liability or personal injury defense, product liability defense or construction defense) Some experience with motion practice, report writing, discovery and depositions preferred Trial and trial preparation experience is a plus Superior written and oral communication skills INDH
