Job Description
A well-established regional defense firm with over 45 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-10 years of experience in general liability defense or workers' compensation to join any office including - DC, Philadelphia, Fairfax, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Newark, NJ. This Associate will defend insurers, self-insured businesses, and corporate clients across either general liability matters - including premises liability, casualty, and civil litigation - or workers' compensation claims. This position offers hybrid remote flexibility, with appearances required in DC, Maryland, and Virginia courts as needed.
The firm has built a strong reputation across the Mid-Atlantic region over more than four decades, with a collaborative team culture and dedicated general liability and workers' compensation practice groups in the DC office.
