Responsibilities:

Handle court appearances in insurance defense matters throughout Southern CaliforniaReview medical records, claim files, and litigation documentsInterview clients, witnesses, and insureds regarding case facts and litigation strategyDraft and argue motions, including substantive law & motion workConduct legal research and prepare case evaluations and analysisManage written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requestsAssist with trial preparation and second chair trials approximately 5-7 times annuallyPerks of the
