Immigration Attorney - Partnership Opportunity for Expansion of Federal Immigration Practice We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Immigration Attorney to partner with an established immigration consulting and client support company, with the goal of developing and expanding a federal immigration practice through the creation of an independent legal extension, such as "Infinity Immigration Law" or a similar name to be determined by the attorney. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in establishing and operating their own independent law firm while collaborating with an experienced administrative and operational support team that already serves the immigrant community. The practice will focus exclusively on U.S.
federal immigration law matters before:
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Executive Office for Immigration Review Attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction are welcome to apply. Opportunity Overview The selected attorney will establish and operate their own independent law firm entity, working in collaboration with an existing immigration consulting company that provides operational, administrative, and client support services. The goal is to develop an independent legal extension of the existing operation, enabling the expansion into legal representation in federal immigration matters, while maintaining proper separation between legal services and consulting services. The attorney will maintain full independence and responsibility over: legal representation; legal advice; legal strategy; attorney-client relationships; and compliance with all applicable ethical and professional obligations. The consulting company will provide operational support, marketing, administrative coordination, and client support services, separate from legal services. This opportunity offers hybrid or fully remote flexibility for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in federal immigration matters Handle EOIR proceedings, including master calendar and individual hearings Prepare and manage USCIS applications and petitions, including:
I-485 I-130 I-140 I-290B
waivers asylum applications family-based and employment-based immigration cases Conduct legal consultations and develop immigration strategies Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and supporting documentation Supervise legal work product and case preparation Collaborate with paralegals and support staff Maintain organized and compliant case management systems Ensure compliance with all applicable ethical and professional responsibility requirements Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. Active license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction Immigration law experience preferred EOIR experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus Professional Structure Independent attorney relationship The attorney must establish and maintain their own legal entity/law firm Practice limited exclusively to federal immigration law matters The attorney retains full authority and responsibility over all legal services and representation Hybrid or remote arrangement available Collaboration & Support The existing consulting company provides: administrative support; operational infrastructure; client communication assistance; marketing support; scheduling coordination; document collection coordination; and general business support services. Legal services will be provided exclusively through the attorney's independent law practice.
