Immigration Attorney (preferred 3 year minimum experience)

The Killian Law Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing Immigration practice. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing immigration law, with a strong background in removal proceedings and detained matters. This position requires someone confident representing clients in Immigration Court, skilled in legal writing, and comfortable self-managing a high-volume caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court Handle detained cases, including bond hearings and related motions Prepare and file applications for relief, including asylum, cancellation of removal, and other forms of relief Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice Draft legal briefs, motions, and supporting documentation

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing Minimum of 3 years of immigration law experience Demonstrated experience in removal defense and detained cases Strong written and oral advocacy skills We are looking for a compassionate advocate who is committed to serving immigrant communities and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
