Insurance Defense / Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney - Folsom / Sacramento, California - Remote work! Founded in the early 2000's, we have grown into an AV-rated litigation practice with more than 200 attorneys nationwide. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in over 15 states. Base salary: $130-$200k

We also have offices in Folsom (Sacramento) and Novato (bay area).
We are currently seeking:
1) Insurance Defense 2) Labor & Employment Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
CA bar Recent insurance defense or labor & employment defense experience You should know some of the following: General, Premises Liability Auto, Personal Injury Construction Defect Products Liability, Toxic Torts Medical Malpractice Insurance Coverage Class Action, Labor & Employment Law
