Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim TTP Government Contracts Associate.

Responsibilities Include :

We are seeking an experienced, diligent, and proactive government contracts associate to join our growing and dynamic team. Candidate must have strong analytical and writing skills, and should have at least 4-5 years' experience (preferably in a law firm setting) with bid protests; cybersecurity; acquisition regulation (including FAR and DFARS) compliance; drafting REAs and claims, related claims analysis and counseling, and CDA claim litigation; federal subcontracting and related dispute and flow-down/compliance issues; multiple award contracts; and small business procurement. Intellectually curious self-starters with a demonstrable ability to work on certain matters independently, as appropriate, are strongly preferred.
