With a global team of over 600 attorneys and consultants working across our secondments, legal advisory services, and legal operations & tech solutions, we want you to be a part of our exciting journey! Who are we looking for? We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Intellectual Property Counsel to join us and commence their LOD journey. To join us, you will: Have at least 4 years of experience ideally gained from F00 in-house clients (with strong legal training) Be client centric
  • commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships

Ideal Candidate:
  • 4+ years' experience as a product counsel or commercial counsel with some experience with Intellectual Property matters
  • Must have experience with multiple copyright, trademark, IP licensing, and open-source matters
  • Must have in-house corporate experience
  • Experience partnering with senior counsel and IP team leads on various IP matters across product portfolio
  • AI & Patent drafting/ prosecution experience and/or USPTO strong plus Bonus if licensed to practice law in the United States, but
NOT REQUIRED.
