We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level attorney eager to develop practical skills, work directly with clients, and build a strong foundation in family law . While family law is our primary practice area, this role offers exposure to a variety of legal matters, helping you develop well-rounded experience early in your career. Core Responsibilities Work directly with clients from initial consultation through case resolution Manage and work on family law cases Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence Conduct legal research and case preparation Represent clients in court as needed Position Requirements Active Michigan Bar license (or recent pass with eligibility to practice) One year or less experience working as an attorney Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Professionalism, empathy, and confidence in client interactions Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Strong desire to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
