Lateral Attorney - Corporate and Business Transactions

Lateral Attorney Opportunity - Corporate & Business Transactions Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A., a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking a lateral attorney to join our team in our Corporate & Business Transactions practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

A portable book of business Significant experience handling corporate, transactional, and business matters Strong client relationships and a demonstrated ability to generate and sustain work Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Job duties include, but are not limited to: Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business transactions. Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents. Conduct legal due diligence, identify transactional risks, and provide practical recommendations to support deal structure and negotiation strategy. Counsel clients on corporate governance matters, entity formation, restructuring, and ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Coordinate and manage all phases of transactions from initial structuring through closing and post-closing integration. Provide ongoing business-oriented legal advice to corporate clients on commercial contracts, risk management, and operational matters related to their transactional activities.
