MGC is an industry leading civil litigation firm celebrating 30 years of excellence in 2025 spanning 23 offices across 12 states. We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to support our Litigation Team in Atlanta, remotely from Columbus. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of practice experience. Our associates are given hands on experience in all phases of civil litigation from case inception to trial, as well as direct client contact. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.What We're Looking For:

Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations. Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed. Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
